CTRM Next, a new cloud-native commodity trading and risk management platform, went live on Sept 28 with its first customer — a Swiss oil and refined products trader — after completing UAT. It’s already building a pipeline into Gulf region firms, Brazilian agri traders, and an emissions-trading module for Dubai-based traders, pitched on AI-powered assistance, GPU analytics, and full trade-lifecycle coverage at a lower price point than incumbent suites.
This is the wedge worth tracking in CTRM right now: AI-native, affordability-first entrants going after customers that legacy platforms have been slow to serve well.
